Fast Track Court to hear Student Murder Case: Haryana CM

Haryana CM Lal Khattar on Friday said that trail against accused will be held in fast track court in the murder case of Ballabhgarh student.

He told the reporters, “The victim’s family is satisfied with the Haryana government’s action. Culprits were nabbed within two hours of the incident & one who helped them was also arrested. Fast track court would be established in this case for giving strict punishment to culprits”.

The prime accused Tauseef was sent to fourteen days judicial custody. Till now three people are arrested and the men who provide Tauseef country made pistol is also nabbed.

On Monday afternoon, outside the college in Ballabhgarh, final year commerce student was shot dead where she had gone to take the exam. The CCTV camera outside the college captured the incident. The man attempting to shove her into the car and when she tried to save herself, he shot her at point blank range. The man who shot her was seen in the video. The assailant fled with the associate in the car after shooting.

The 21 year old was rushed to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
