As per the reports of officials CBI has filed supplementary charge sheets before the Bhopal Special Court in 2 separate cases which were about tests conducted by Vyapam in Madhya Pradesh.

- Transport constable recruitment test-2012
As per the charge-sheet of PMT-2009 case it has listed 126 accused candidates, impersonators, parents of candidates & middlemen who are alleged to facilitate proxy candidates to get selected in medical college.
R K Gaur who is the spokesperson of CBI said that- “During CBI investigation, it was found that 36 candidates had allegedly arranged impersonators to appear in the written examination of MPPMT-2009 on their behalf with the help of middlemen, parents & accordingly they illegally passed the examination & got admission in a private medical college, Gwalior”. He also said that the agency has list of 16 lakh people from database to identify the imposters who appeared in tha exam to facilitate others for selection.
In the 2nd case of selection of Transport Constable Recruitment Test-2012, there are 18 candidates who are accused of using proxy services in the exam.
